Exercise:
For
this exercise on cinematography and editing, you should also be able to recognize
different types of shots and editing techniques
The
exercise contains some shots/editing description. Your job is to provide images, video OR illustrations that demonstrate these

1.
High angle
Tilts
down to make the character appear vulnerable and makes you feel sorry for
them. This usually shows the character above eye level.

Low angle

shot is usually bellow eye level. This makes the character seem more powerful

Establishing (extreme long) shot

The
preceding shot fades into black from which the following shot emerges.

14.
Dissolve/cross fade
The
preceding shot merges into the following shot, resulting in the two shots
being superimposed. The longer the dissolve the more noticeable the
superimposition becomes.

15.
Wipe
A
transition between shots in which a line passes across the screen,
eliminating the first shot as it goes and replacing it with the next one. A
very dynamic and noticeable transition, it is usually employed in action or
adventure films.
